Folks will sometimes ask "what does Hilltop do?".....well here you go:

Above and beyond everything else, we love music....that is truly what drives "what we do" in our daily operations. Good music, regardless of category or genre, sets our hearts on fire and gives our very soul peace. Hilltop is a company of music lovers, a group of folks who came together to offer artists and venues a different approach to the music industry.

We do professionalism...we do transparency...we do honesty....every aspect of our business is geared towards our core values of high standards of ethics and strict adherence to the simple idea of running a business from a position of integrity. 

  • Booking Agents
We act on behalf of the artists on our roster in finding them places to play, and securing written performance agreements for every show. We seek out new venues across the state and beyond in order to broaden the "performance horizon" for our artists. We seek out opportunities for the folks on our roster to grow and develop their careers to the levels they desire. We work closely with radio promoters, managers, venues, and festival organizers to make sure our efforts are in concert with the bigger-picture-plan for where the artist is trying to go and how they go about getting there. 
  • Talent Buyers
Hilltop Entertainment Group works with individual venues in various locations as an extension of the venue management team with regards to live music. We seek out the performers the venue wants, we manage the venue's entertainment schedule, and we make sure that only the best available performers are placed in the venues we represent on a consistent basis. We interact with the venue to gauge what the crowd is looking for, what performers seems to connect best with the venue patrons, and which performers just don't quite fit.  We maintain close communications with the venue management team to make sure our efforts meet with the desires of the venue based on seasonal, demographic, and economic conditions that might change during the year to effect the venues crowd or sales. We reach deep into the music industry, far beyond our own roster, to keep the live music aspect of these venues fresh and interesting.....so they keep coming back for more.
  • Event Coordinating and Production
Events large or small...private parties or music festivals...Hilltop Entertainment is there in whatever capacity needed to see the process through to successful completion. Be it as small a role as providing a couple of bands to something as large as complete event coordination and production, Hilltop has the resources and relationships necessary to make sure things go as desired. Graphic design, sound and lighting, stage construction, security, ticket sales, etc are all within our areas of operation and expertise.
